This course follows Callister’s textbook “Materials Science and Engineering: An Introduction,” a classical introduction to engineering materials. The goal is to expose students to the broad realm of materials science and various categories of materials including metals, ceramics, composites, and polymers. The fundamentals are presented in a logical order, from simple to complex.
